Erin is a speaker for the Grow with Google partner program. She has spent the vast majority of her career working for/with small businesses and nonprofits in a variety of roles. Her passion for small business began with her family owned businesses. After college she learned the ins and outs of nonprofits, eventually running a successful Chamber of Commerce and earning consecutive titles of Michigan Chamber of Commerce of the Year. In recent years, she’s been a Regional Development Director and National Speaker with marketing and technology companies like Constant Contact and Google.

Florence has over 15 years of strategic marketing experience across industries in finance, fashion, and digital marketing, sharing WeChat strategy insights with brands including Tiffany & Co., BIRKS, Chaumet Paris, Budweiser and more. She has also held leadership positions with international non-profits like leanin.org.
In the past 5 years, Florence and her team at Catalyst Agents have successfully marketed over 90 real estate presale projects from townhomes to highrise condos and masterplan communities on the WeChat platform across North America and beyond, with projects as far reaching as luxury homes in Cambodia.

Hailing from Ottawa, Michaela Alexis is currently one of North America’s most in-demand speakers on topics related to LinkedIn and personal branding. Her journey started in March 2016 when an article she wrote about landing her dream job went viral on LinkedIn. Since then, she has replicated that success, with dozens of articles receiving millions of reads, featured on the likes of CNBC, Success.com, Buzzfeed, Inc. and more.
She has presented at events for National Association of Home Builders, NTFN, Premier Lending, Homebridge Financial Services, and REMN Wholesale.

Aaron Goertzen, CFA and Senior Economist
Aaron Goertzen contributes a diverse cross-section of activities within the Economics department. He reports on economic and political risk across a wide range of jurisdictions as part of the department's country risk program. Aaron plays a central role developing macroeconomic scenarios for the bank's stress testing and financial reporting activities.
Aaron will lead a broad look at global and Canadian macroeconomic prospects and a deeper dive into Canada's real estate market.
